About The Position
This position is for a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant. The role involves promoting a professional patient-centered practice image while performing history, physical examinations, diagnoses, therapeutic treatment regimens as required, and interpreting lab results, all under the supervision and direction of a practicing physician. The position utilizes a team-based approach to all tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program and accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Current NC license.
- ACLS and PALS or BCLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required within three months of employment date.
- Proficient in basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
Nice To Haves
- Family or Specialty Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Two or more years of experience in practice area.
Responsibilities
