About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the growing team of an IVF and reproductive medicine clinic in California. This position may be filled by a qualified professional from either background. The ideal candidate will have experience in reproductive endocrinology, women's health and a strong desire to provide personalised, compassionate care to patients throughout their fertility journey.
Requirements
- Qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current California licence, or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach
Nice To Haves
- Experience in reproductive endocrinology, women's health, or OB/GYN preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and follow-up appointments
- Collaborate with physicians and the wider clinical team to develop individualised treatment plans
- Provide clear patient education and emotional support
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
- Support the smooth daily operation of the clinic
