A growing specialty medical practice in Los Angeles County is seeking a bilingual Spanish and English Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative nephrology team. This full time position is primarily outpatient focused, with approximately 70% of your time spent in clinic and the remainder supporting dialysis and occasional inpatient rounding. You will partner closely with nephrologists and interdisciplinary care teams to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, dialysis needs, and related medical conditions.

Requirements

  • Licensed or license eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California
  • Bilingual Spanish and English required
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Passion for serving diverse patient populations
  • Ability to thrive in a team based clinical environment

Nice To Haves

  • Nephrology, dialysis, oncology, hospital medicine, or other specialty care experience
  • Prior dialysis nursing experience
  • Motivated new graduates are welcome

Responsibilities

  • Conducting patient assessments and physical examinations
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Managing medications and chronic conditions

  • Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation
