About The Position

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing wellness practice in Miami, FL. Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida
• Functional, integrative, or holistic medicine experience required
• Must have a strong desire to learn and embrace a functional medicine approach
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and root-cause medicine

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, physical exams, and comprehensive evaluations
• Develop individualized functional and holistic treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and functional diagnostic testing
• Provide and oversee IV therapies, EBOO, and other advanced wellness treatments
• Educate patients on nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle, and wellness strategies
• Perform follow-up evaluations and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Assist with clinical protocols and medical team management
