About The Position

Amaze Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its virtual care team. The role delivers concierge-style virtual care for patients with concerns ranging from sudden illnesses to chronic conditions and mental health needs. Advanced Practice Providers are expected to provide empathetic, patient-first care in a flexible, on-demand environment and help patients feel heard, supported, and informed throughout their care journey.

This is a remote position. Applicants must live in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Ohio, or Texas. The schedule is four 10-hour days with rotating weekends. The pay range is $55–$70 per hour.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license as an Advanced Practice Provider.
• Nurse Practitioners must hold a compact nursing license and be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• At least five years of independent patient-care practice as an Advanced Practice Provider in a family, primary care, or urgent care setting.
• Strong communication and digital literacy skills for connecting with patients and team members in a virtual environment.
• Applicants must live in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Ohio, or Texas.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ask thoughtful questions over video or secure chat to understand the underlying causes of illness, injury, or medical conditions.
• Use clinical expertise, patient history, and remote diagnostic tools to provide accurate assessments and diagnoses in a virtual setting.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory tests using digital platforms to personalize and coordinate patient care plans.
• Write electronic prescriptions and explain proper use, administration, and possible side effects through virtual or written communication.
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow Advanced Practice Providers, and the extended care team to provide coordinated, patient-first care.
• Respond to emerging challenges with creative, patient-centered solutions suited to virtual care.
