About The Position
A well-established, high-performing Primary Care practice in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality patient care within an efficient care model.
Requirements
- Active Arizona NP (APRN) or PA-C license
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
Nice To Haves
- Value-Based Care experience preferred
- Athena EMR experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 20-23 patients per day
- Focus on quality-driven care in a value-based model
- Address HEDIS care gaps and ensure accurate HCC/RAF documentation
- Work alongside an experienced and reputable primary care team
Benefits
- Base salary of up to $160,000 DOE
- Quarterly bonus opportunities up to $20,000 annually
- Total compensation potential $180,000
