About The Position
A well-established healthcare group in beautiful Cottonwood, Arizona, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their primary care team. This role offers a better work/life balance while making a real impact in the community. The position provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including performing patient evaluations, diagnosing and treating conditions, prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting tests, developing treatment plans, coordinating referrals, and promoting preventive care and wellness. New graduates are welcome and will receive training and mentorship. The role is full-time with the option for a 4-day work week and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Requirements
- AZ Licensed NP or PA (or eligible for Arizona licensure)
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
