About The Position

McGinley Medical PC is actively seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team primarily located in Casper, WY. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary orthopedic care environment, including both scheduled clinical services and orthopedic urgent care through our OrthoNow division. Requirements

  • Active Wyoming license as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Competence with EMR systems and efficient medical documentation
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Up-to-date on all required healthcare worker immunizations

Nice To Haves

  • Preference of minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience (orthopedic experience preferred)
  • ACLS and DEA preferred
  • Background in orthopedic medicine, sports injuries, or musculoskeletal care
  • Experience with procedures such as joint injections, splinting, or casting
  • Ability to manage patient volume while maintaining quality and empathy
  • Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to grow with evolving clinical practices, technologies, and standards of care.

Responsibilities

  • Independently evaluate patients and develop orthopedic care plans
  • Perform joint injections, and other in-office orthopedic procedures
  • Provide timely assessments for patients throughout McGinley Medical entities
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system
  • Communicate and coordinate with physicians and other providers for continuity of care
  • Collaborate across departments (physical therapy, surgical, clinical support, and administrative)
  • Participate in patient education, community outreach, research projects, and health-related events
  • Support marketing initiatives and represent McGinley Medical PC at public events
  • Contribute to workflow efficiency and exceptional patient experience in clinic
  • Shared urgent care services
