Requirements
- NP or PA certification

- Dialysis or nephrology experience
Responsibilities
- Primarily outpatient nephrology clinic and dialysis rounding responsibilities
- Minimal travel within the local service area
- Collaborative practice environment working alongside experienced nephrologists and clinical staff
- Opportunity to develop expertise in chronic kidney disease management, hypertension, dialysis care, and patient education
- Manage and coordinate care for patients across dialysis units and outpatient clinic settings throughout the Decatur area
