The Provider is responsible for delivering expert, personalized medical care while serving as a trusted partner in each patient’s health journey. This role combines clinical expertise with patient education and individualized treatment planning, ensuring patients feel informed, confident, and supported in achieving their health goals.

Requirements

  • Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice
  • Active DEA license
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
  • EMR proficiency
  • Passion for men’s health, wellness, and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams
  • Order and interpret labs to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver treatments aligned with patient goals and medical best practices
  • Educate patients on treatment options, protocols, and expected outcomes
  • Provide clear guidance on lifestyle, wellness, and long-term health optimization
  • Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care decisions
  • Deliver a high-touch, personalized care experience
  • Use clear, direct, and reassuring communication
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with patients
  • Partner with PRCs, PEMs, and clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Support a unified, team-based approach to patient experience
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment
  • Take ownership of patient outcomes and overall experience
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with both patients and team members
  • Maintain professionalism, confidence, and clinical excellence
  • Support team members and contribute to a culture of unity and accountability
  • Step in and support clinic operations as needed to ensure patients are cared for promptly and professionally (e.g., assisting with check-in, rooming patients, preparing rooms, supporting clinical staff, or helping maintain clinic flow—within the scope of their training and licensure)
