About The Position

The successful candidate will provide healthcare to a diverse patient population, ensuring continuity of care for assigned patients and providing care to patients assigned to other providers when needed. Flexibility in scheduling is required. Requirements

• Current Licensure in the state of IA.
• One to two years advanced clinical experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
