About The Position

This full-time role is based on-site at A.O. Smith in Ashland City, TN, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. You will provide comprehensive primary care, build ongoing patient relationships, and partner with the onsite occupational health nurses by offering clinical support and oversight. Ideal for a confident, independent NP or PA who values continuity, collaboration, and high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or Certified Physician Assistant through the NCCPA with Full Practice Authority (FPA)
• Active DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) registration
• Current CPR certification
• 2+ years of clinical experience working as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant providing services in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, ambulatory, emergency and/or urgent care setting(s)
• Experience using computers for professional communication
• Experience using Electronic Health Record systems for medical documentation
• Experience seeing patients ages 18+
• Ability to work onsite at A.O. Smith

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Athena EMR for medical documentation
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a clinical setting
