About The Position

RAMC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team in the RAMC Walk-In Care Clinic. This role involves independently managing patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, health promotion, and care coordination. The NP/PA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, safe, and efficient patient care, demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited NP/PA school.
Current licensure as an RN and APNP/PA in Wisconsin.
Board-certified adult Nurse Practitioner or Family Practitioner.
BLS certified.
Meets health requirements.
Ability to work in a clinic environment with appropriate technological support.
Must be able to deal with multiple priorities calmly.
Requires decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Recognizes legal responsibilities and functions as specified by Wisconsin State law.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of experience preferred.
Any additional training for specific areas of focus hired for.

Responsibilities
