About The Position

A growing, innovative cardiovascular program is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to help build and support a comprehensive atrial fibrillation program. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative electrophysiology and cardiology team, providing longitudinal management for patients with atrial fibrillation through guideline-directed care, patient education, risk factor modification, and coordinated procedural planning. The advanced practice provider will help support and shape clinical pathways designed to improve access, care coordination, and quality outcomes across the continuum of atrial fibrillation patient care. In this role you will practice with a high level of autonomy while benefiting from strong physician collaboration and support. This position will initially focus on left atrial appendage occlusion program, with future expansion into broader atrial fibrillation care.

Requirements

  • Advanced Practice Provider
  • Experience in Cardiology and/or Electrophysiology Required
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
