About The Position

Gould Medical Group is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Behavioral Health department in Stockton, CA. This role offers significant autonomy, allowing the clinician to set their own work hours, schedule, treatment modality, treatment length, and patient population. While some telework is available onsite, the position involves working with all age ranges, with a requirement for geriatric care. Key responsibilities include medication management and follow-up. The department is stable and growing, with low paperwork demands focusing on progress notes and intakes only. There is no inpatient work required, and the goal is to achieve a full practice within 6 months or less. Call is phone-only and occurs one week in sixteen.
