Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care
About The Position
Expanding practice seeks a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in the Fall River, Massachusetts area. Located 20 minutes from Providence, Rhode Island, 30 minutes from Cape Cod and an hour from Boston. Come make a difference within a growing team of providers that focus to enhance the lives they serve and value learning and growth! This APP functions as a member of an office-based, patient-focused team. The role involves seeing adult and adolescent patients under physician supervision, with independent responsibility for patient care commensurate with experience, training, and confidence. The practice is ready to hire immediately and begin onboarding/credentialing right away. Experience is desirable, but strong recent graduates are also considered. Fluency in Portuguese is valuable, though not required.
Requirements
- Licensed NP or PA in Massachusetts
- Valid DEA certificate
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
- Compassion, maturity, and excellent communication skills
