About The Position

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our growing team in the greater Pittsburgh area and locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Requirements

• One (1) year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, or Two (2) years of Family Medicine experience.
• Experience treating patients of all ages in an acute care setting.
• Comfortable performing minor procedures including: Suturing, Casting and splinting, Preliminary EKG interpretation, Preliminary X-ray interpretation.
• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current ANCC or AANP certification.

Responsibilities

• Practice in a fast-paced, patient-centered urgent care setting.
• Manage a wide variety of clinical presentations and levels of complexity.
• Participate in shared decision-making and collaborative problem-solving.
• Enjoy thoughtfully designed patient scheduling that supports wellness, efficiency, and safe care delivery.
• Serve as a clinical leader within an interdisciplinary care team.
• Share knowledge, expertise, and mentorship with colleagues.
