About The Position
Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our MGC Pain Management program located at our Wood Street location in Spartanburg, SC. This is an excellent opportunity to join a wonderful practice focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This is a 100% outpatient role with no weekends, holidays, or call. The position involves working alongside an interventional pain medicine physician in a busy, well-established practice with strong patient volume and team support. New graduates are not being considered at this time.
Requirements

- Must not be a new graduate
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in pain management or orthopaedics
- Confident in Opioid Management and chronic pain treatment
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Dependable, professional and committed to patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up visits and new patient evaluations
- Manage medications, including chronic pain and opioid management
- Provide care for patients with pain and orthopaedic conditions
- Perform select in-office procedures such as: Trigger Point injections, Select joint injections
