Responsibilities
- Assist the collaborating physician by supporting clinical duties.
- Conduct holistic evaluations of pain symptoms, assessing physical, nutritional, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage common acute and chronic pain conditions.
- Carefully monitor prescriptions, manage potential drug interactions, and tailor regimens based on organ function, comorbidities, and nutritional status.
- Offer tailored health screenings and preventive counseling for lifestyle modifications.
- Assess daily functioning, recommend assistive devices, and advise on safety.
- Explain conditions, treatment, and preventive strategies in clear, understandable ways.
