About The Position

This is an Oncology Advanced Practitioner Opportunity in Springfield, MO. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with weekend/evening call rotated amongst APPs. The APP will see their own patients once trained, averaging 15 patients per day. The role also includes rotating infusion reaction coverage, where the APP must stay until the last infusion is completed. The primary collaborator for this role is Dr. Chitra Balasundaram, but the APP will collaborate with all oncologists. The system uses Epic EMR. Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in Oncology preferred
• Willingness to participate in weekend/evening call rotation
• Ability to stay until last infusion is completed
• Proficiency with Epic EMR is a plus
