The position is designed to support a collaborative, team-based primary care environment. The typical schedule consists of four clinical days with one dedicated out-of-clinic administrative day. The standard administrative day is Thursday, though this may vary based on team needs. Clinic hours may begin as early as 7:00 AM. Schedule flexibility is required to support team coverage needs, including coordination around vacations and holidays in partnership with colleagues. Additional expectations include participation in a call rotation, requiring availability via Epic and cell phone, and adherence to a standardized Epic scheduling template established by the Primary Care Service Line. Willingness to provide care for a broad patient population, including support of preventive Women’s Health exams.
