The Advanced Practice Provider will provide comprehensive perioperative care for gynecologic oncology patients, with a primary focus on assisting surgeons in the operating room. They will perform first-assist duties, support complex surgical procedures, and ensure high-quality intraoperative clinical care. Collaborates with the multidisciplinary care team and assists within the clinic setting to optimize patient outcomes, and maintain continuity of care. The APP will work 10-hours days with night and weekend call. The Physician Assistant (PA) is a licensed medical professional who practices medicine in collaboration with physicians and other care team members. The PA evaluates, diagnoses, and manages patient health concerns across the lifespan, provides preventive services, and coordinates care to promote optimal health outcomes. This position also provides on-call coverage outside of regularly scheduled hours.
