Stanford Medicine Express Care - Los Gatos
About The Position
University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking an experienced full-time BC/BE Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant to join our Express Care Clinic located in Los Gatos, CA. Clinicians will typically see urgent care cases and patients from our primary care offices with chronic conditions or acute exacerbation symptoms. They will also provide acute care telehealth visits across the network as needed. The clinic hours are Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 9am-7pm (shift-based). There are no primary care patient panel responsibilities, but clinicians will help with in-basket work periodically. The state-of-the-art clinic site includes on-site imaging, labs, and dedicated procedure rooms, with easy in-office access to primary care, pediatrics, specialists, and ancillary services. UMP is a California professional corporation owned and led by physicians and other healthcare practitioners, aiming to enhance group and individual performance through a unified and high-quality clinician-led network. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years Primary Care or Urgent Care experience required
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Ability to see pediatric patients 6 months and older
- BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
