About The Position

Sansum Clinic is seeking a passionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Endocrinology team. This is a full-time opportunity supporting an established, well-respected practice with a strong patient base. The role involves providing outpatient endocrine care, including chronic disease management, managing Type I & Type II diabetes and other endocrine-related conditions. The NP/PA will deliver follow-up visits, urgent add-on visits, and work within a care-team pod model. Collaboration with physicians, RNs, diabetes educators, and clinical support staff is essential. Patient education on diet, exercise, medications, and long-term disease management will be a key component. Approximately 10% of the workload will involve administrative duties.

Requirements

NP/PA with Directly Related Experience in Endocrinology
Excellent skill set in Endocrinology
Interested in following chronic conditions over time
NP/PA Certified
DEA Certificate and/or California Furnishing License
Eligible to Work in the United States
CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain CA Licensure
Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities
