About The Position
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Endocrinology. This is an on-site role located in Fremont, CA. Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year related clinical experience
- Current California State NP or PA License
- CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
- Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
- Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
- Active DEA registration

- Provide care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Endocrinology.
