About The Position
Covenant Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Cardiac Electrophysiology team. This full-time position supports the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with cardiac rhythm disorders in collaboration with electrophysiology physicians and the broader cardiology care team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program or successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant program
- Texas Registered Nurse license AND Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through Texas Board of Nursing; or Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant, Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
Nice To Haves
- At least three years of cardiology experience, including prior cardiac electrophysiology training or experience in an inpatient, outpatient, or combined setting, is preferred.
