Requirements
- Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Illinois.
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain prescribing authority.
- 2+ years of adult primary care experience.

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care abilities.
