About The Position

This contract role is for a Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care and occupational health. Candidates with Physician Assistant background and occupational health experience will also be considered. The position requires ACLS certification and proficiency with Epic software. Shift times will be determined. Shift example: 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM with a 30-minute meal break.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in Primary Care, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Care Management
• 1+ years of experience in Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Texas (TX)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS), American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS), or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and occupational health services.
• Use Epic electronic health record system for documentation.
• Perform clinical duties consistent with nurse practitioner scope of practice.
