Pain Management (House Visits) - Nurse Practitioner (NP)
About The Position
This role involves conducting home visits for patients requiring pain management. The Nurse Practitioner will perform comprehensive pain assessments, develop individualized care plans, and prescribe appropriate therapies. This includes medications, injections, and non-pharmacological approaches. The NP will monitor treatment effectiveness, adjust care plans as needed, and educate patients and caregivers on pain management strategies and safe medication use. Maintaining clear documentation in the EMR system and collaborating with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Nevada
- DEA license with Schedule II-V prescribing authority
- Strong clinical judgment, compassion, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes

- Experience in pain management, geriatrics, or palliative care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
