Requirements
- Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday - Friday
- The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume.
- We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.
