About The Position

This role involves practicing autonomously in a culture of shared governance and close collaboration. As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you’ll deliver services to about twenty patients per day, conducting initial assessments after receiving their device and also checking their devices periodically. Patients are cared for from their homes using our technology or will come into the clinic for an in-person checkup. Collaborate with the team of Nurse Practitioners and Physicians, making recommendations for your patients. Provide your clinical expertise, while monitoring your patients closely and delivering the best in care and caring.

Requirements

Master of Science in Nursing
BSN
Current New York State License as Nurse Practitioner
Current New York State RN license
NP board certification through ANCC or AANP
Cardiac experience
All roles require on-site presence.
Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Nice To Haves

Current or previous nursing experience in cardiology
Strong NP experience

Responsibilities
