Nurse Practitioner, NP - Geriatrics and Internal Medicine
About The Position
Main Line Health is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner for their Geriatric and Internal Medicine Group at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA. This position will split time between the practice at Lankenau and geriatric facilities. As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), you will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team. You will serve as a trusted advocate for patients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless, coordinated care across the continuum. In addition to providing comprehensive primary care, you will help lead quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives that drive outstanding patient outcomes and elevate the care experience.
Requirements
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
- MSN required.
- Two (2) years’ experience as Nurse Practitioner required in either Primary Care or Internal Medicine, and/or experience in Geriatric Facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary environment.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of two years nursing experience in related clinical area preferred.
- BLS Certification by American Heart Association preferred upon hire, required in timeframe specified in CPR (BLS)/ALS/PALS Policy
