Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) – Mobile Primary Care
About The Position
Mobile Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to provide comprehensive primary care to patients in their homes and through telehealth visits. This role offers greater autonomy, allowing the NP to build and manage their daily schedule, see patients one-on-one in the community, and develop meaningful long-term relationships. The position emphasizes relationship-based care, clinical independence, and flexibility, moving away from high-volume clinic environments and rigid schedules. The NP will manage patients across the continuum of care, supporting preventive care and population health initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Florida APRN License
- National Board Certification as: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
- Current DEA Registration or ability to obtain
- Current Professional Liability Insurance
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive in-home health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and preventive care
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, home health agencies, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
- Support preventive care and population health initiatives
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and caregivers
