About The Position

Radiant Divine Medical Spa is hiring a Nurse Injector to support its Avon location. The provider delivers injectable and other aesthetic treatments, builds lasting patient relationships through follow-up care, and represents the brand with professionalism and warmth. The position is part-time, requiring 30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time as business needs evolve and the organization grows.

Requirements

Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Ohio.
Previous experience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting is required.
Expertise administering injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to educate patients and collaborate with the medical team.
Meticulous attention to detail in treatment administration, patient assessment, and documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Injector in a MedSpa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform Neurotoxin injections (such as Botox and Dysport), dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
Provide consistent follow-up care, communicate with patients, and address post-treatment concerns.
Conduct patient consultations, assess needs and goals, recommend skincare and MedSpa services, and suggest retail skincare products.
Maintain accurate, current patient records, including treatment details, consent forms, photographs, and follow-up care documentation.
Explain medical care and pre-treatment and post-treatment protocols to patients.
Follow safety and infection-control procedures and maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
Comply with clinic policies, procedures, OSHA regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Take responsibility and accountability for excellent patient care and ethical, professional practice.
Promote the clinic’s services and values and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Collaborate with colleagues, management, and other healthcare professionals to support clinic operations and patient care.
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering, stocking, and proper storage of injectable products, skincare products, and other supplies.
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and compliant with infection-control and sanitation standards.
