About The Position
The NP provides general medical care and treatment to patients in medical facilities such as clinics, health centers, or public health agencies, under the direction of a Physician. This role is responsible for in-house nursing facility visits to hospice patients for the purpose of conducting the face-to-face 60-day recertification encounter.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Nevada
- 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel is a must
- Clean background check
- Pass drug screen
- Clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with hospice preferred
