Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
National Nurse Practitioner certification (AANP or ANCC)
Unrestricted Washington State license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Active Washington State DEA license prior to start date

Nice To Haves

Prior Nurse Practitioner experience strongly preferred
Gastroenterology experience highly valued
Epic EMR experience a plus

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient Gastroenterology care to an established patient population
Independently manage a panel of new and established patients
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of GI conditions
Collaborate closely with Gastroenterologists and fellow Nurse Practitioners in a team based care model
Practice in an outpatient only setting with no inpatient responsibilities, procedures, or call
Once fully ramped, providers typically see approximately 14–16 patients per day.
