Requirements

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with on-site staff
Valid unrestricted state licensure
Active and unrestricted NP/FNP license
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to facilities

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Podiatry office, Wound Care, or Orthopedics a plus

Responsibilities

Provide services in a skilled nursing environment.
Make all clinical decisions.
Quality routine foot and nail care to include but not limited to: Trimming Nails and/or reducing thick nails
Vascular and Diabetic Foot care
Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions
Minor foot and nail care procedures
Desire to work with the geriatric population
