About The Position

Northern Cochise Community Hospital (NCCH) is seeking an experienced, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Rural Health Clinics in Willcox, Arizona. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to deliver quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, team-based setting within a critical access hospital and rural health clinics. The role focuses on providing comprehensive primary, preventive, and chronic care for patients across the lifespan, managing a mix of acute, chronic, and wellness visits, and performing in-office procedures. The ideal candidate will be proficient with EHR/EMR systems, possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and be passionate about improving community health and wellness in a rural environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current, unrestricted Arizona RN license
• Current, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license (FNP or Adult NP)
• Current Prescribing & Dispensing License (AZ)
• DEA Certificate (Controlled Substance Registration)
• BLS or ACLS Certification (AHA)
• Active medical staff privileges (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and clinical technology

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in Family Practice or Primary Care
• Familiarity with rural or underserved healthcare settings
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
