CMHA-CEI is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for their Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) within the Crisis Care Center (CCC). This role operates under the supervision of the Associate Medical Director for the CSU. The Nurse Practitioner will be involved in various aspects of patient care within the CSU, participating in interdisciplinary planning, care, and treatment for consumers. A key function is serving as a liaison between program staff and the psychiatrist to ensure coordinated services. The position may also involve providing individual and/or group psychoeducation. The Nurse Practitioner will utilize nursing processes to diagnose and treat consumers for specific diagnoses, ensuring all activities align with CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies, and procedures.
