About The Position

Tenet Healthcare and the Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group is looking to grow its colorectal surgery team and is seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to serve the Palm Beach Gardens area with occasional coverage in West Palm Beach. This position offers a blend of clinic and hospital-based responsibilities alongside a collaborative practice environment that includes one experienced APP. Requirements

Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) required
Current Florida Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner License
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification for Health Care Provider required
Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification for Health Care Provider required
Proficiency in a windows environment with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and the Internet is required
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and employees
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in a complex, matrix environment

Nice To Haves

EMR/EHR experience preferred
NextGen or Athena experience preferred

Responsibilities

Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital responsibilities
Primarily based in Palm Beach Gardens with occasional coverage in West Palm Beach
Monday–Friday schedule with no call and no weekend requirements
Work alongside a colorectal surgery Physician and one additional APP
