About The Position

This clinic-based position provides direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience. It offers leadership in healthcare management to ensure day-to-day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure. The role involves creating a professional and collaborative working environment, working with leaders to identify and implement changes for continuous medical clinic improvement, and maintaining relationships with center clients and payers. The Clinical Manager works with the medical clinic leadership team to manage clinical and support staffing levels, promotes and exemplifies Concentra values for all clinic colleagues, and fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition. The position requires financial awareness and input to the clinic budget and key business metrics. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited FNP program
  • Active and unrestricted Florida PA-C License
  • Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date)
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
  • This job requires access to confidential and critical information, requiring ongoing discretion and secure information management.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 2 years of related experience in the field of Occupational medicine/employee health
  • Management/Leadership experience is a plus
  • FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain
