About The Position
LaserAway is the nation's leader in aesthetic dermatology, specializing in advanced, non-surgical treatments that combine medical expertise and cutting-edge technology. Our clinics run at high volume with a team-first culture. Clinicians here help build loyal patient books and have a real voice in how care is delivered. This is a brand new location in Fort Meyers opening on September 16th, with an anticipated start date in August 31st. The Nurse Practitioner will be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn't think were possible without surgery, owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long-term results.
Requirements
- Current, active unencumbered NP license (state-issued)
- Weekend availability
- Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day
- Ability to work at up to 3 assigned locations
Nice To Haves
- Background in acute care (ER, ICU, Med-Surg) or aesthetics practice preferred, but not required
- Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered
Responsibilities
- Own your patient's full clinical journey – from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results.
- Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver seamless, individualized care on a busy clinic floor.
- Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Document accurately.
- Stay engaged in a high-volume environment.
- Work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway, fully digital and designed to simplify charting.
- Practice at the forefront of aesthetic medicine with continuous addition of the latest FDA-cleared technologies.
