The Process Improvement Coordinator plays a key role in the hospital's Performance Improvement Plan by providing leadership, expertise and support in process improvement with a focus on clinical improvement projects. Working under the direction of PI Director, Managers and Senior PI Clinical Coordinators the specialist directs and supports the work of multi-functional teams to improve organizational performance and promote efficient use of resources. Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Health.
