Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); Social Work background will also be considered
One years’ medical practice experience (required); will consider other combinations of education and experience
Experience with medical terminology and working in a clinic or hospital setting
Strong computer and word processing skills
EMR and scheduling experience

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated medical provider, managing day-to-day coordination and communication
Ensure providers are fully prepared for their appointments with organized schedules and up-to-date patient information
Deliver exceptional client service by educating patients, managing follow-ups, and facilitating post-visit needs like labs, supplements, and referrals
Communicate with warmth, clarity, and attentiveness to ensure seamless continuity of care
Coordinate with internal and external providers, retrieve medical records, and help relay wellness recommendations in line with our whole-person approach
Support team operations by stepping into clinical or administrative roles when qualified and needed
