Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Two (2) years of last five (5)years work experience as an RN must be in Level III NICU with experience in infant resuscitation and stabilization,maintenance of invasive lines, and ventilators or successful completion of clinical and didactic applicable SRDH specialty training course(s) or program.
• Registered Nurse: NV
• Basic Life Support - CPR
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• Stable Program, within 6 - months

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Post partum/newborn experience in a family centered unit.

Responsibilities

• The registered nurse completes initial patient assessment and reassessments as indicated by patient condition, and assures practices comply with human resources, policies/procedures, and professional standards.
• The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking by implementing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) and using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems, and assures practices comply with human resources, policies/procedures, and professional standards.
• The registered nurse has the physical ability to safely and effectively care for patient population assigned and assures practices comply with human resources, policies/procedures, and professional standards.
• The registered nurse manages medication administration and intravenous (IV) access according to physician's orders and assures practices comply with human resources, policies/procedures, and professional standards.
• The registered nurse documents nursing care and patient status in accordance with the nursing process and assures practices comply with human resources, policies/procedures, and professional standards.
• The registered nurse has communication abilities sufficient to promote patient and family centered care by interacting with patients, families, and care-delivery team in verbal and written form and assures practices comply with human resources, policies/procedures, and professional standards.
