About The Position

ProHealth Care is seeking a dedicated Nurse Navigator for Oncology at our Pewaukee location. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. As a Nurse Navigator, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their cancer journey, ensuring they receive timely and coordinated care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary oncology team to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in WI
• Minimum of 3–5 years of oncology nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred or required within 24 months
• Experience in care coordination or navigation
• Knowledge of oncology treatment pathways
• Familiarity with EPIC
• Strong patient advocacy skills
