This is a unique opportunity to lead and strengthen an existing Women’s Services program while helping shape the future of a brand-new acute care hospital campus serving the growing Palm Beach County community. This role is ideal for a leader who wants to build, improve, and shape the future rather than simply maintain the status quo.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS
- NRP
- ACLS
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate Labor & Delivery and Women’s Services operations
- Drive clinical quality, patient safety, and service excellence
- Build strong relationships with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Help shape the future of L&D, Postpartum, Nursery, and Women’s Services
- Support strategic growth and program development
- Play a key role in designing operations for a new hospital environment
- Create lasting improvements and leave your professional mark on a growing program
