About The Position
Adara Living is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to join their nurse leadership team. Adara Living is a large long-term care facility in Colorado that provides rehabilitation and memory care services. The Nurse Manager will assist in the management and direction of the Nursing Department, ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. The role involves delegated responsibility and accountability for the assigned unit.
Requirements
- Active license to work in the State of Colorado as an RN or LPN
Nice To Haves
- One - two years of management experience
- Two+ years of long-term care experience
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and direction of the Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.
- Carry out assigned duties for the unit managed.
