About The Position

Four Winds Hospital, a leading provider of psychiatric inpatient services that treats children adolescents and adults, seeks Nurse Manager in our hospital located in Westchester to help lead the staff and provide a safe and warm environment for our patients.

Requirements

• Active NYS RN license
• 2 years nursing leadership or nursing experience required.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the provision and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.
• Acts as a clinical role model providing leadership, teaching and supervision to unit nursing staff.
• Works alongside the unit Program Director and Medical Director to deliver a team approach to patient care.
