Requirements

• 5 years in the role of ANM or Deptartment Manager
• Experience in L&D
• Exp working in high delivery L&D with 400 + deliveries on a monthly basis.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) AND minimum five (5) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire
• Basic Life Support required at hire

• Depending on assignment, this position may require technical or supervisory experience in one or more specialty areas, including but not limited to Operating Room/Procedure Suite, Emergency Services, Critical Care, Maternal Child Health, etc.
